When Felix Tetteh ’14 arrived at Ashesi, he came on a scholarship made possible by the generosity of our community. Today, he’s paying that gift forward—not only through his giving, but by carrying Ashesi’s values into his life and career. He shares his reflections on the importance of Ashesi scholarships and what they provide to students:
"Ashesi has had a huge impact on the the alumni and on several institutions in Ghana and beyond. Many students have also been blessed with such a world-class education due to the comprehensive scholarship program Ashesi runs.
Ashesi scholarships cover basics like accommodations, stipends, and laptops for school - very few universities in Africa do this! It is therefore an honor to support this mission and help impact more lives."
